Description: Officer Roach is a portrait of an American of the 21st century. Jeff Roach served 2 tours in Iraq with the United States Marines, and was a member of the New Orleans TAC Unit where he performed rescues and worked security during the Katrina flooding and its aftermath. Over the winter holidays of 2005 Virginia Filmmaker Todd Raviotta returned to his hometown of New Orleans to talk to Officer Roach about his experiences. Todd spent several days touring the 4 month old disaster scene with Jeff his childhood friend.
